New Palm Services LLC was incorporated on

August 5, 2009 in Texas. The Company has been providing specialized janitorial services such as commercial cleaning of retail stores, business offices and other commercial buildings, schools, colleges, educational centers and daycare centers. In addition to janitorial services, the Company specializes in commercial interior/exterior renovations, remodeling and building maintenance and alterations. New Palm Services also provides project based renovation/remodeling services for residential properties. The Company executes its janitorial/building care operations under the name of Palm Building Care and renovation/remodeling operations under the name of Palm Construction. Flooring Services under Palm Floors.

Palm Building care teams are committed to give a competitive service. The teams are supervised on job sites and inspected regularly to meet the building service needs and expectations of the clients. With the new management, New Palm Services’ mission is to geographically expand its operations and acquire new contracts in Austin, San Antonio and Dallas. The Company targets to focus on

marketing and business development activities with this investment to increase awareness.

Our commercial projects include both new construction and repairs/restorations. Occupied and fully operational job sites are never a problem. And we can also plan, manage, and build multi-phase jobs.
